The Murph’s Famous Brisket Marinade

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Place beef brisket in a large roasting pan. Cover generously with The Murph’s Famous Bloody Mary Mix. Loosely cover the tray with aluminum foil and roast for 3 hours or until the brisket is tender. Thicken with gravy if desired. Stick-to-your-ribs good!

The Murph’s Famous Salsa sauce

Lightly pour The Murph’s Famous into the bowl. Thoroughly mix until the salsa has a thick consistency. The Murph likes to add a little salt, onion and garlic powder and a sprinkle of lime juice- but the flavor of the mix is strong enough to leave as is. Grab a pack of your favorite dipping chips and enjoy!

The Murph’s Famous Shrimp Cocktails

Mix1/2 bottle of The Murph’s Famous Bloody Mary Mix with a tin of crushed tomatoes into a pan and thicken. Simmer and combine with lemon, garlic, tabasco and cilantro. Serve with your favorite shrimps- the bigger the better!

The Murph’s Famous Pork Chops

Brown chops in oil and cover with The Murph’s Famous Bloody Mary Mix. Simmer for 35 minutes. Murph serves his with creamy mash potato, generously coated in the gravy made from pan drippings.
